7-member Local Organizing C’ttee for #Savelugu2023 National Cross-country inaugurated in Tamale.

A 7-member Local Organizing Committee (LOC) for #Savelugu2023 National Cross-country Event was today inaugurated in Tamale.

 

 

The Committee, chaired by MCE for Savelugu, Hajia Ayishetu Seidu, was sworn-in by the Director General of NSA, Prof Peter Twumasi and assisted by the Northern Regional Minister, Hon Alhaji Shani Alhassan Shaibu. Athletes from all 16 regions will be competing for honours in Northern Regional district on February 25, 2023. Among those present for the LOC inauguration were Head of Technical Department of NSA, Mr Kwame Amponfi Jnr ,

General Secretary/CEO of Ghana Athletics Association (GAA), Mr Bawa Fuseini, Deputy Head of NSA Public Relations Dept, Ms Rita Odei, and NSA Northern Regional Director, Madam Salamatu Alhassan,

The Director General, before departing the region, took time to inspect Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium of Tamale and attended a meeting with NSA staff in the Northern Region
