ADEHYEƐ MARKET WOMEN CELEBRATE ALAN  KYEREMATEN’S BIRTHDAY

 

 

Queens, a Pro-Alan lady’s group in collaboration with the market women at Adehyeɛ market, Kumasi has organized an alluring party to celebrate Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen 67th birthday.

Afia Korankyewaa, the national president for Queens in her submission at the program shared that Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen is worthy of celebration judging from his immense contribution to the NPP government. His ministry, the Trades and Industry is arguably the best ministry so far and has absorbed over 15,000 youth into the 125 established factories in the country.

The market women at the Adehyeɛ market couldn’t hide their joy and were dumbfounded that Queens chose to celebrate the birthday with them this year. Addressing the media, Eno Mary, a leader at the Adehyeɛ Market ceased the opportunity to remind the NPP government of the forex challenges especially the CFA and the United States Dollars and how difficult it has become for them in buying their goods.

Madam Mary prayed the NPP government to as a matter of urgency, find strategies and interventions to salvage the situation to help sustain their businesses. In her closing remarks, Eno Mary showered blessings unto the life of Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen and assured the Trades and Industry Minister that he has the support of all the market women at the Adehyeɛ market should he consider to contest in the upcoming flagbearership contest in NPP.

According to the market women, they believe Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen has served the NPP for long years and his vast experience in Trades and Industry will serve their interest better.

Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen was born on October 3, 1955 to Mr. Alexander Kyerematen and Mrs Victoria Kyerematen. He attended Adisadel college for his secondary education and later proceeded to Achimota for his sixth form education.

He also attended  Ghana Law school after completing a first degree at University of Ghana in Economics.

Hon. Alan Kyerematen is an astute cooperate executive, an international public servant with years of experience in global trade and a diplomat.
