BUSINESSMAN PUTS SMILES ON FACES OF 217 WIDOWS,OTHERS IN AHAFO REGION

A Ghanaian businessman based in the United States of America (USA) who doubles as an Estate Developer and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pezalo Construction Limited, Mr. Francis Owusu , has donated to over Two hundred and Seventeen(217) widows and aged in the Ahafo region to celebrate the new year.
Mr.Francis Owusu who is popularly known as Nana Owusu donated clothes and an undisclosed amount to each of the widows and aged totally over Sixty-nine thousand Ghana cedis (gHC 690,000) or (690 million old Ghana cedis) to 217 widows, widowers and aged ones at Ahafo Goaso in the Ahafo Region.
The widows were from the entire Asunafo North Municipality and other constituencies.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pezalo Construction Limited in an interview with the Journalists said he was touched by the plight of the needy and the vulnerable in the society, particularly widows.
It is against the background he decided to offer is his contribution to put smiles on the faces of the needy and vulnerable in the new year.
Mr. Francis Owusu advised his colleagues businessmen/women especially those in Abroad to start supporting widows and aged during festivals for them to appreciate that they have some people’s who are behind them in times of difficulties.
He also urged Ghanaians in Abroad to start coming home during occasion days to support the needy ones in their communities.The beneficiaries express their appreciation to the kind gesture of Mr.Francis Owusu and prayed for strength and long life for him to able to continue his good works.
