All set for Oforikrom concerned youth massive demonstration against MP and MCE on Saturday 14
All is set for massive demonstration against Oforikrom Member of Parliament (MP),Dr.Emmanuel Marfo and Oforikrom Municipal Chief Executive(MCE),Hon.Abraham Kwame Antwi over what they described as bad leadership.
The protesters have been encouraged by the organizers to put on red and black attire and converge at Anloga Sisakyi bridge on Saturday,14th January,2022 at 6:00am.

The leaders of Oforikrom concerned youth are calling on the residents of the constituency especially those around the Anloga Sisakyi death-trap bridge to come out in their numbers to press home their demand to the authorities.
One of the leaders of the Concerned youth who doubles as Oforikrom NDC Communications Officer, Jerry James Sukah aka Papa Jay said “we (Oforikrom constituency) don’t have a representative in Parliament because if we had one ,there wouldn’t have been a total neglect of the area like this.I am therefore calling on all residents of Oforikrom to come in their numbers to demonstrate against the MP and MCE for Oforikrom constituency over bad leadership”.
Speaking on Garden City radio,a subsidiary of Ghana Broadcasting Corporation(GBC) in Kumasi on Thursday,,12rh January,2023 said the protesters will converge at Sasaki bridge come Saturday.
According to Papa Jay,about Fifteen (15) innocent residents in the area have so far lost their lives due to danger the bridge poses but update nothing has been done about it.Source: tntnewspapergh.com
