Dr. Anthony Nsiah Asare is a covert leader whose prominence is only seen by results.

On Tuesday, 14th March 2023, Dr. was awarded Order of the Volta, Companion Category by the President, for his exceptional service to the country during the Covid-19 pandemic as Presidential advisor on health and member of the National Covid-19 Task Force.

It can be recalled how he brought his expertise to bear, calming the nerves of leadership and Ghanaians as a whole during the Covid-19 global epidemic.

Dr. Nsiah Asare was also awarded Order of the Volta, Member category in 2008 by President John A. Kuffour for his outstanding leadership as CEO of Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. He is one of the few leaders who have received this prestigious award twice since its introduction in 1960.
