An NDC pressure group, Ashanti Crusaders For the National Democratic Congress (NDC ),Frank Obeng, has questioned the motive behind the decision by the Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, to finally offer spiritual support to the party’s Presidential Candidate, John Dramani Mahama.
The group, contends that it is shocked that Rev. Owusu Bempah, who in the past made claims that former President Mahama had blood on his hands and could not therefore, ever become President of this country has now changed his position.
The Crusaders For NDC, are now asking if Rev. Bempah, has now cleansed the blood off the former President, making him clean now to lead the country again.
“We want to know from our leaders,how come they allowed Rev. Owusu Bempah to lay his hands on Former President Mahama. Is that an admission that Mr. Mahamaz had evil blood on his hands and has now been washed off? We are curious to know because we doubt the credibility of this so called man of God” the group observed.
They,have therefore, threatened to take issues with the executives of the party,if they continue to allow Rev. Bempah, whom they accused of being an NPP mole, to come close to Former President Mahama.
The group alleged that, the Founder of the Glorious Word Power Ministries is a spiritual curse and must therefore not be allowed to have anything to do with the NDC and Former President Mahama.
