He voted at the Apagyafie Ashtown polling station (code: FI90202) in Kumasi.

The NPP running mate, who doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Manhyia South Constituency and former Education and Energy Minister, was accompanied by a few party and government appointees to the polling centre.

After voting, Napo, as he is affectionately called in the political space, encouraged all eligible voters across the country to turn out to exercise their civil responsibility.

“I wish to appeal to everyone to go out and vote without fear. Let’s all conduct ourselves well to ensure peaceful elections,” he stressed.
