As the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) sets to sell nomination forms to prospective Flagbearer hopefuls on Friday May 26, 2023 ,a group calling itself Bawumia Fun club made up of NPP polling station executives (delegates) ,has decided to Pay Fifty thousand Ghana cedis(Ghc50,000) to enable them pick nomination forms for Dr.Mahamadu Bawumia.

The group said they would storm NPP national headquarters in Accra with Kete drumming to pick the nomination forms on Friday,26th May,2023.

This was disclosed to the media during a press conference held at Centre for National Culture,Kumasi on Monday,22nd May,2023 addressed by the national chairman for Bawumia Fun club,Mr.Eric Twumasi Ankrah aka Chairman Akoko.

He said “Bawumia Fun club is going to pay and pick nomination forms for Dr.Mahamudu Bawumia.We’re also ready to pay for the filling fees’,he added.

Chairman Akoko who showcases the Ghc 50,000 ready for to be paid for Dr Bawumia’s nomination forms, explained that the money was taken from their members dues.

According to him,the Fun club was formed about Ten(10) years ago to support the political ambition of Dr.Bawumia.And indeed,Dr.Mahamadu Bawumia has proven to them that he is truly competent person and only candidate who can lead NPP to help them break the 8.

Big jubilation following the announcement by the Fun club chairman.

The group heaps praises on the Vice President for his digitalization agenda.

They also commended him(Dr Bawumia) for opening Ghanaians eye on the electoral process from his popular mantra” You and I were not there” in the 2012 Elections petition.
