Ejisuman has over the weekend declared their unflinching endorsement and outright support for Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, the Minister for Trade and Industry in the upcoming New Patriotic Party flagbearership race.
The chiefs,hosted the “Alan Fest 22” which forms part of activities and series of events planned to canvass and mobilize grassroot support for Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen prior to his official declaration in contesting for the flagbearership.
The Alan Fest ’22, which is a Pro-Alan Groups initiative, witnessed a huge approval and endorsement from the youth groups and delegates in the Ejisu Constituency, and their affirmative pose in entrusting the flagbearership into the hands of Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, the long serving and experienced politician, to lead the NPP to victory in 2024 general elections.
Speaking at the event, the representative and spokesperson for the Paramount Chief of Ejisuman Traditional area, Nana Osahene Boadu II, Gyaasehene revealed that, all the chiefs and the Queen Mother, Nana Yaa Asantewaa II have solidly thrown their support behind the Trade and Industry Minister, and assured the party faithfuls present their level of commitment and sacrifice in ensuring Hon. Alan Kyerematen ascend unto the presidential seat.
The chiefs urged delegates to vote massively for their son to bear the flag of the NPP to turn the economic fortune around since Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen is a practical economist.
Hon. Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen hails from the Asona family of Ejisu Hwereso.
He is a direct grandson of Nana Dokuaa, the mother of Offinsomanhene, Ejisumanhene.
