APPROVED GUIDELINES FOR SUPER DELEGATES ELECTIONS TO PREVENT INTIMIDATION & VICTIMIZATION*

1. Government officials & MP’s will not enter polling area with their bodyguards and weapons.

    

   

    

2. Delegates will not be called by their names to vote.
   Delegates are expected to just walk in & vote.

3. No issuance of accreditation cards & “Machomen” will not be allowed access to voting centers.

    

   

    

4. There will be no speeches from aspirants.

5. Serial numbers shall be made
   complex, to prevent delegates being traced to any ballot after voting.

6. EC will keep all ballot boxes with aspirants seals to prevent tracing and intimidation after voting.

7. Active government officials shall not serve as agents for any aspirant.

8. No phones or cameras will be allowed near polling booths.
