Pranghene praises Prez Mahama for the completion of Prang-Abease-Kintampo road started by Akufo-Addo

The Paramount Chief for the Prang Traditional Area in the Pru West District of the Bono East Region, Nana Kwadwo Nyarko III, has expressed his excitement about the completion of the Prang-Abease-Kintampo road.He has, however, cautioned motorists to observe road signs when using the road to prevent any road accident.
The chief commended President John Dramani Mahama’s led government for completing the road initiated by his predecessor, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo Addo.Prangmanhene reiterated that governance is a continuous process and that it behoves any incumbent government to continue the projects initiated by her predecessor to fast-track growth and development.

According to Nana Kwadwo Nyarko, the completion of this road would boost business activities, especially at Prang because of its strategic location.
Nana Kwadwo Nyarko explained that currently business activities are booming within Prang township, and he expressed optimism that this will increase revenue for the government to embark on developmental projects.

He said he played a vital role in the completion of the road, as he lobbied behind the scenes with the authorities for the need to complete this important road.
According to Prangmanhene, he is also lobbying through the authorities to fast-track the completion of Akrakuka Road through Kwame Danso Road.He explained that almost all the communities along these roads are farming communities, and he believes that once they are tarred, it would help farmers to transport their farm produce to big cities, which would make food abundant and cheaper.

“I and my people are very grateful to his excellency, John Dramani Mahama, for not abandoning this great project initiated by the Nana Akufo-Addo administration.
We are grateful to the “initiator” and the completer”,” he said.He said the completion of the road will afford the people living in areas like Yeji, Prang, Atebubu, Kwame Danso, and Abease a great opportunity to access it to Techiman or Sunyani without necessarily passing through Ejura, which is too far for them.
