The Ashanti Regional Organiser for the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Francis Adomako, has made a humble appeal to all contesting candidates, delegates and party supporters across the country to conduct themselves well before, during and after the party’s parliamentary primaries on Saturday, 27th January 2024.
The Ashanti NPP organiser, who is popularly called Francois, said, “Let’s conduct ourselves well so as to come out stronger and more united to make the breaking the 8 target easy.
Speaking to TNTonline on Tuesday, 23rd January 2024, Francois urged the delegates to listen to the general people (grassroots) on the grounds at the polling station before voting for one of the aspirants or contestants in the various constituencies.

He also advised the delegates to
ask all the households within their polling station areas which of the aspirants is the most popular.
He said delegates should not give or vote for the highest bidder, but rather they should vote for someone whose strength is far better than his weakness.
“I’ll also admonish aspirants and their supporters to be mindful of their words and the sort of campaign they embark on leading to the primaries. They should campaign devoid of insults to help each other join the campaign when we finish the primaries,” he pleaded.
Francois was confident that the party would come out stronger and more united ahead of the 2024 polls.
“Let’s all rally around the winners after Saturday’s parliamentary primaries, since our ultimate goal is to break the 8 to help continue with the solid foundation already laid by the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration.
