Abena Osei-Asare donates Pick-Up to Eastern Regional NPP Women’s Organiser

In a gesture of solidarity and empowerment, Hon. Abena Osei-Asare, Member of Parliament for Atiwa East, has once again demonstrated her unwavering commitment to grassroots mobilization and empowerment within the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Following a highly successful health walk in her Constituency Atiwa East District Capital Of Anyinam, Hon. Osei-Asare presented a brand-new pick-up vehicle to the NPP Eastern Regional Women’s Organiser, Mercy Amoh Darkoah, affectionately known as Obour.

 

The health walk, which saw an impressive turnout of party faithful and community members, began in the early hours with chants of party slogans and a wave of NPP flags fluttering in the morning breeze. The event underscored the importance of physical well-being and party unity ahead of the upcoming elections.

Addressing the crowd, Hon. Osei-Asare emphasized the role of party’s grassroots in the party’s progress and success going into the 7th December election. “the grassroots are the backbone of our political machinery,” she said. “Their resilience, dedication, and relentless efforts ensure the NPP remains strong in every corner of Ghana.

This donation is not just a vehicle; it’s a symbol of our commitment to supporting our women leaders who work tirelessly to keep the party moving forward in the region.”

The pick-up truck was handed over amidst cheers from the gathered supporters. Mercy Amoh Darkoah, visibly moved by the gesture, expressed her profound gratitude. “This vehicle will enhance our mobilization efforts across the region. Hon. Osei-Asare has not only given us a means of transport but also reaffirmed her belief in the power of women in leadership. We are more motivated than ever to ensure victory for the NPP,” she stated.
