Investigative Broadcast Journalist Isaac Nsiah Foster is expected to be officially enstooled as the Otumfuo Safiesohene Chief Linguist on Friday, December 5, at Abuakwa–Kegyase, a well-known suburb of Kumasi.

According to community members, “the ceremony is a major traditional moment for the people of Abuakwa–Kegyase.”Other individuals lined up for enstoolment include Obaa Panin Akua Asantewaa, who will serve as Queen Mother; Mr. Ernest Opoku, who is being installed as Gyasehene; Yaw Patrick, chosen as Sanaahene; and Kwabena Yeboah, confirmed as Mmamahene.

The enstoolment process, community elders explained, typically takes place when the community, families, chiefs, and the nominated candidates swear an oath of allegiance to the Abuakwa–Kegyasehene, Nana Akwasi Amoaten, who also serves as the Otumfuo Safiesohene. One traditional elder noted,
