The adventurous Member of Parliament for Atwima Mponua, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah has since January 2022 constructed about 14 Mechanized Boreholes within the Constituency.
As you may know, Atwima Mponua Constituency is one of the Constituencies in Ghana with many deprived communities. The MP is committed to providing the basic needs for his constituents. This was one of the reasons that triggered him to fetch from a stream which was the only source of water for Apatratom community to Parliament House. He advocated with it on the floor of Parliament and got the Community a Hand-Dug Well. He as well lobbied for other communities within the constituency to benefit.
Today, he believes these Mechanized boreholes would help reduce the stress and frustrations his constituents especially girls and women go through walking several distances in search of potable water in the community.

In some weeks to come, the MP will continue to construct more in other communities.
