Prophet Kwaku Dua, founder and leader of Transformation Gospel International Church in Abuakwa in the Ashanti Region, has made shocking revelations about the impending presidential primaries of the opposition New Patriotic Party, claiming that the former Vice President Alhaji Mahamadu Bawumia will emerge victorious but faces betrayal from one of his allies.

According to the Prophet, he received a revelation during a pensive spiritual journey on December 31, where Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, together with his former running mate, Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh, was scheming to challenge the outcome of the primaries.

He stated that though former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia emerged as the winner, the three individuals were planning to challenge the result in court, with Hon. Kennedy as the key architect and supported by Napo.

According to him, he encountered the former Assin Central MP, alongside his children, appearing to be holding items resembling farming tools.

When he questioned them about the purpose of the tools, they reportedly told him they were going to demarcate their boundaries because someone had encroached on their territory.

The prophet interpreted this aspect of the dream as a sign that Mr Agyapong and his camp were preparing to mount a legal challenge against Dr Bawumia’s victory in the primaries. In what he described as a “shocking” development within the same revelation,

Prophet Dua alleged that Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, popularly known as Napo and a former running mate to Dr. Bawumia, was the individual who supported Mr. Agyapong’s camp in securing legal representation for the purported challenge.

Based on this interpretation, Prophet Dua claimed that Dr Opoku Prempeh had spiritually deserted and betrayed Dr Bawumia. He, therefore, issued a warning to the former vice president to be cautious in his dealings with the former energy minister, alleging that Dr Opoku Prempeh does not have Dr Bawumia’s political interests at heart.
