Obaa Adwoa Nelson, media personnel and formerly of Nhyira FM OBRA host,has donated to Fifty ( 50) selected aged across Ashanti Region to celebrate her birthday

Speaking to the media after the donation exercise, Obaa Adwoa Nelson said, “It was a birthday well spent with our mothers ,especially honouring women 60+ with love and dignity.”

It would be recalled that on the 31st of March, the famous media personnel chose to celebrate her birthday in a way that truly reflects her heart and journey.

Obaa Adwoa Nelson observed that she had the privilege of sharing 50 beautiful Ghanaian African cloths (wrappers) with elderly women aged 60 and above in various communities in the Ashanti region.
According to her, the gesture was deeply personal to her.

“It was not just about giving but about honouring the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of these amazing women who have paved the way for generations like mine. I remember the days when life wasn’t easy growing up, and moments like this remind me why it is important to give back, no matter how little or big.Seeing their smiles, hearing their blessings, and feeling their joy was the greatest gift I could have ever received on my birthday. It was a day filled with love, gratitude, and purpose.
