The Chief of Nyamekrom in the New Juaben Municipality of Eastern region,Nana Kwame Nnuro Agyepong ll,has donated motorbike among other items to Nyamekrom Community Watch Committee.

The Motor bike,16 street lights,Ludu and Owari equipment were received by the Assembly member of the area,Hon. Enock Boahen.
The Assembly member was fully supported by his unit committee members,,head of community watch and development committee to receive the items.

The NYAMEKROMHENE who doubles as Assembly member for Ahinsan Estate electoral area within Asokwa Municipality of Kumasi donation’s was in response to request made by the community members in a recently held town hall meeting to help improve security.

Nana Kwame Nuro Agyapong II said the fight against crime is a shared responsibility and the need for everyone to support the Community Watch Committee as well as other security agencies cannot be overemphasized.

The Chief was very grateful to Daasebre Kwaku Boateng lll, Omanhene of New Juaben- koforidua for his unflinching support for Nyamekrom and its environs.
He also seized the opportunity to praise the police for their total support in terms of security for Nyamekrom.

He said the Nkosuohene-elect is also doing marvelously well in terms of Nyamekrom’s development.
The Chief commended Nkosuohene for donating Mower among other items to community.

He appeals to the citizens in the area from both far and near to contribute their quota towards the development of Nyamekrom and it’s environs.
