KMA PM donates bales of school uniforms to 2 schools in the Krofrom East electoral area

As part of his continued support for the provision of quality education and relief to parents/guardians, Mr Patrick Kwame Frimpong, the Presiding Member (PM) for Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), has donated bales of school uniforms to two schools in the Krofrom East electoral area.The beneficiary schools were New Tafo M/A Primary School and Adabiya Islamic Primary School.
The uniforms were to be distributed to the pupils of the two schools.
The donation of the bales of school uniforms to 2 schools in the Krofrom East electoral area was highly commended by the school authorities and residents of the area since it was a big relief to parents, especially the needy homes.Mr Frimoong, who has been elected Assembly Member for the area since 2016 to date, is credited for his annual support to the schools in the electoral area.
Speaking at the short but colourful donation ceremony held on Wednesday, 19th November, 2025, the Krofrom East Assembly member, who doubles as the dean of the Presiding Members Association for the Ashanti region and the national first vice chairman for NALAG, said the donation of the bales of school uniforms was in response to the request by the school authorities.According to him, many of the pupils were always coming to school with unfit school uniforms and were always demoralised among their peers.
“I believe these school uniforms would go a long way to boost the morale of the pupils who lack school uniforms.”Mr Austin Opoku Boateng, the headmaster for New Tafo M/A primary school, on behalf of the schools and pupils, expressed their profound gratitude to Mr Patrick Kwame Frimpong for his constant support to the various schools in the area.Since I came here a few years ago, this is the third time Mr Patrick Kwame Frimpong has donated to the schools. He has already donated educational materials and dual desks, among other materials, in the previous years.

I’m, therefore, urging other stakeholders to emulate his good example to support the students in the Krofrom East electoral area since education is the bedrock of every developed society.
The beneficiary pupils couldn’t hide their excitement as they heaped praises on their assembly member.They prayed for a long life with good health for Mr Patrick Kwame Frimpong.
