LET’S ALL HELP TO BREAK THE 8-COKA begs NPP supporters @ thanksgiving service

 

COKA,Hon.Isaac Asiamah & other leading members of NPP at the thanksgiving service

The rank and file of the governing New Patriotic Party(NPP) across the country especially those in Ashanti region.have been urged to contribute their quota to help the party break the 8 years come 2024 general elections.

The supporters of the party(NPP) as well as all Ghanaians have also been admonished to continue to pray for the country in all their endeavours.
Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah who is popularly known in the political space as COKA made the appeal on Sunday, 6th June, 2022 during a thanksgiving service at Upper Room Revival Assemblies of God church at Kwadaso Estate, Kumasi.
The former Kwabre South constituency chairman who doubles as former chairman of Association of NPP constituency chairmen was accompanied to the Thanksgiving service by many leading members of NPP includng:Majority Leader,Hon.Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu,Hon.Isaac Kwame Asiamah,the former Youth & Sports Minister who is also MP for Atwima Mponus as well as various identifiable groups.

COKA who lost to the incumbent Regional Chairman,Mr.Bernard Antwi Boasiako aka Chairman Wontumi at the recent NPP regional delegates conference was at the church with his supporters to thank the Almighty God for his grace and mercies that took him through the contest peacefully.

COKA said “many don’t understand and maybe wondering why we’re here singing and dancing to God after the election defeat but let me tell you that the Lord has been good to me as the head of COKA family and the entire team.

I am never disappointed.As I look round I could see many leading members of party,identifiable groups and many who supported me but couldn’t be here and surely they’re still with us.

I’m pleading that we have a biggest contest ahead of us and let’s all help to break the 8″.
COKA also thanks all Ghanaians from both far and near who supported him when he decided to contest for the Ashanti regional chairmanship of NPP.

A number of identifiable groups including Kwabre South NPP representatives presented gifts and citations to COKA.
Meanwhile, COKA who had his birthday few days ago combined his thanksgiving dinner with his birthday celebration with a gargantuan dinner hundreds of NPP supporters and identifiable groups.

The assisted Pastor for Upper Room Revival Assemblies of God church,Rev.David Dontoh encouraged COKA to build on his relationship with the teaming supporters and identifiable groups for his future political career.

In his sermon,Rev.Dontoh advised Christians to always be bold when they go before God because they’re children of God.
He made references to the books of
Genesis:17:1,Genesis:22:17-22,Isaiah:62:1 etc.

He called on Christians to be prayerful and Stand as watchmen for their families, work ,community and the nation in all their endeavours.

He said the church must stay awake because if the church sleeps the bad will get worse and false teachings will also spread but “we can survive because of advance knowledge of these things”.

Rev.David Dontoh also reminded Ghanaians especially believers that Jesus is coming back to gather his people hence they should stand awake.
He was with the believed that if Christians were to stand firm and pray because of the advanced knowledge they could influence the decisions of politicians like Joseph did.

He urged believers of God to take advantage of the various social media platforms to spread the gospel.

“Keep not silence and give the Lord no rest till he makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.Don’t joke with your prayers no matter your life status. We need God hence prayer.
According to him,Ghana needs prayer and advised all Ghanaians especially politicians that wisdom comes from the Lord so they should pray to him for the needed wisdom to rule.

He said there are many politicians in the country who have knowledge through education but they can’t apply them because they lack the wisdom of the God.
He said the life and teachings of Prophet Isaiah teaches them that prayer is the key for getting everything from God.

He said “if you need marriage be prayer,if you want your marriage to be preserved it is prayer,if you want healing it is prayer.
If you want divine prosperity it is prayer and if you want to spread salvation it is prayer”.
