The rank and file of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) members across the country, especially all aspiring candidates for constituency, regional and National executives and their followers have been advised to conduct issue-based campaign devoid of insults and name calling .

They should all focus on telling the delegates what they are capable of doing should they be given the nod to enable NDC wins 2024 general elections with majority seats in Parliament.

One of the leading contenders in the NDC Nhyiaeso constituency Executive Member slot,Nana Yaa Boakyewaa who is popularly known in the political space as Abrokyire Hemaa gave the advised in an interview with The New Trust Newspaper. Nana Yaa Boakyewaa who doubles as former Nhyiaeso women’s organizer for the Party, stressed that the need for all aspiring candidates to embark on clean and decent campaign cannot be overemphasized since the party (NDC) needs unity to win the forthcoming 2024 polls.

Abrokyire Hemaa whose campaign motto is “Unity & Hard work” therefore admonished all aspiring candidates to shun campaign of insults and blackmailing of their competitors but rather tell the delegates what they are capable of doing to help NDC win back power in 2024.

She also advised the delegates to shun candidates who would come to them with campaign of insults and unsubstantiated allegations against their competitors since this acts breed disunity and internal cracks.”We all need to do clean and decent campaign so that at the end of the day whoever the delegates elect will be able to bring everyone on board for the major task ahead of us ;thus 2024 general elections campaign”, she pleaded.

She appeals to the delegates to elect competent and committed executives who can help campaign for NDC’s victory in 2024 devoid of personal and group interest or any other considerations.
