Yesterday, I engaged the Nasara Coordinators in the Ashanti Region at Sunset Hotel, where they are having a three-day workshop organized by KONRAD ADENAUR STIFTUNG in partnership with the NPP.

The program is organized to equip the party’s Nasara Coordinators with modern techniques on re energizing the base, and maximizing our votes within the settler communities.

It would be recalled, similar workshop was organized for the constituency organizers at NODA HOTEL in the Ashanti Region.

In about two-hour interaction, I lead them through the process of Political Recruitment. This orientation, was geared towards enlightening them on proper means of winning souls to the party, as we intend to make history in 2024. There is no gainsaying that the means of winning people to the party have changed. As such, conscious efforts must be made as a party, in catching up with the new ways of getting more souls to the party.

The Nasara Coordinators were further admonished to be innovative in the discharge of their duties. They were urged to move away from their traditional means of mobilizing people to more advanced ones.

Finally, they were offered the opportunity to share their ordeals in the discharge of their duties. And as the Regional Organiser, I assured them of assisting them to overcome these challenges.
