After an unsuccessful attempt by some faceless individuals to tarnish the hard-won reputation of Alfa Justice through fake social media images, he has emerged as the best bet for the next Ashanti Regional National Democratic Congress (NDC) organiser to strengthen the grassroots ahead of the 2028 general election.
Alfa Justice was a former NDC propaganda secretary (now known as communication officer) and also a former Kwadaso NDC parliamentary candidate.
His bid to become the next regional organiser has received massive support from the top hierarchy of the party down to the grassroots.
A cross-section of the NDC members have pointed out that Alfa Justice is a two-time aspirant for the regional organiser position and he comes with enormous experience, having held several positions, including former Kwadaso post office chairman, former Kwadaso proper ward chairman and former youth organiser in the Bantama Constituency. To them, a vote for Alfa is a vote for NDC’s victory in 2028.
In an interview on Thursday, 22nd October 2026, Alfa Justice, who is number 6 in the regional organiser position ballot, said, “My vision is to build a strong, united, vibrant and people-centred NDC in the Ashanti Region, with robust grassroots structures.”
He said he would ensure effective organisation and strategic mobilisation to deliver an overwhelming victory for the NDC in 2028 and beyond. He maintained that experience is the best servant, coupled with vociferousness and action.
The leading contender in the Ashanti Regional NDC organiser position said when given the nod, his mission is to work with all stakeholders at the grassroots to strengthen and expand constituency, branch and polling station structures, and enhance member engagement, unity and discipline.
Besides, Alfa Justice Mission includes providing effective organisation, training and support for grassroots activities, promoting inclusive leadership, and giving voice to all cadres, especially the youth, women and the grassroots.
Alfa Justice, who is optimistic of winning the race, said he was ready to mobilise resources and strategic campaigns to make the NDC more attractive in the Ashanti Region and protect and defend the interests, welfare and the security of NDC members.
“I am appealing to all delegates to vote #6 for Alfa Justice, and I will work collectively with them to ensure a resounding victory for the NDC in the 2028 general election,” he added.
My campaign is focused on unity at the grassroots, organisation for action, mobilisation for victory, and protection for our people devoid of violent and personality attacks.
