“I,Samaha Zaaki,the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Chief Zaaki Sakpacha TV and a registered Spiritual Consultant wishes to call on the general public to disregard all advertisements and scam alerts using my images and registered Business name in all their endeavours.

I wish to state that anyone who does business or deal with any Fraudster or fraudsters or scammers does so in his or her own risk.

Since 2019 my attention was drawn to the activities of scammers and Fraudsters using my images and registered Business name, I have taken all necessary actions including officially reporting the matter to Ghana Police Service and Cyber Crime Unit.

This Disclaimer notice has been necessitated because the Scammers who have targeted me and my businesses had succeeded in dupping several innocent Ghanaians and continue to do so.

As I speak now my life is currently under danger as a result of the Scammers using my images and business name to commit several crimes.
They have tarnished my hard won reputation which is currently having negative impact on my businesses.

These innocent victims after uncovering that they had been dupped turned back to attack me because of the use of my images or pictures on the scam alerts.

When these victims uncovered the Truth and turned their anger on the scammers or fraudsters they then give out my phones numbers to the victims to call me.

Even though,I have made complaints to a number of police stations both in Ashanti region, Northern and Greater regions as well as Cyber Fraud Units who are seriously working behind the scenes to clamp down the Scammers but they’re still succeeding in their tricks on innocent Ghanaians.

I wish to state unequivocally that, I’m a genuine businessman with business registration name “Chief Zaaki Sakpacha TV” dated 25th day of May,2022.

What I have noticed is that these Scammers mostly hacked my phone numbers,use my business name,fake Voter Identical card and my images or pictures but attaches their numbers to their scam alerts.

I therefore wish to advice anyone who wishes to deal with me to only use the underlistered registration phone numbers:0242708068/0244058414/0201715750/0244482816 and 0244024473.
