The leader and founder of the Blood of Jesus Redemption Ministry at Sewua junction in the Bosomtiwi District of the Ashanti Region, Apostle J. K. Amoako has urged all Ghanaians to put aside their political affiliation and work as a unified body in order to achieve Ghana’s developmental objectives.

He said it is only through this that President Mahama’s and, for that matter, the government vision for the country could be materialised. He made the appeal in an interaction with this reporter recently.

Apostle Amoako said he cannot rule out the fact that things are good, but as a matter of fact, things are stabilised, which is an indication that the government needs co-operation from all citizens in order to make things complete.

He said, as a country, “We must desist from ‘pulling him down’ among all the political party supporters and contribute our full quota towards the government of the day for the sake of progress and development.”

According to Apostle Amoako, as he is calling for the support for the government among all Ghanaians, the government must also ensure that there should be no bias in justice delivery. “The equality before the law must allow it to work.

There should be no interventions, especially when a member of the ruling party is offended and rather chases an opposition for the same offence,” he cautioned.

He said this practice would surely plunge Ghana into chaos and should not be allowed to happen in any way. Apostle Amoako explained that there is hope for Ghana only if leaders govern with the principle of honesty, dedication, patriotism, and God-fearingness.
