The Mayor of Kumasi, Hon. Richard Kwasi Ofori Boadi Agyemang has called for stronger collaboration between religious leaders, traditional authorities, and political leadership to accelerate Ghana’s development.

Speaking on behalf of the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Frank Amoakohene, at the Chieftaincy Royals Conference held at the Tetelestai Worship Centre in Suame, the Mayor stressed that these three pillars of society must work together to nurture leaders who embody integrity, accountability, good stewardship and truthfulness.

The conference, organised by The Church of Pentecost (COP) under the theme, “The Royal Unleashed to Transform the Palace through the Gospel and the Power of the Holy Spirit,” brought together traditional rulers, political leaders and members of the Church to reflect on the vital role of values-based leadership in national transformation.
Also addressing the gathering were Apostle Michael Agyen Brefo, Suame Area Head of COP; Nana Nkansa Boadu Ayeboafo, Agric-Nzemahene; Offinsohene, Nana Dwamena Akenten II; and Elder Nana Kwadwo Gyasi, Chairman of the Suame Area Royals Committee of the Church.
