Dear Learned colleagues,

The attention of the NDC Legal Directorate has been drawn to one Cyril purporting to be an NIB officer calling our lawyers to conduct interviews on strategies concluded in our recently held conference.

We urge all lawyers to direct any such discussions, interviews or interrogations to the Director of Legal.

Nobody should disclose any NDC information to anybody without prior consent from the Director of Legal.

Please take this notice seriously because anybody who disregards this directive will be subjected to disciplinary proceedings and punished if found culpable.
