Press release

Our attention has been drawn to a press release by the office of hon. Osei Kyiri – Mensah – bonsu , the majority leader , minister for parliamentary affairs and member of parliament for Suame, which demanded sompa fm and tv to retract and apologize for some audio recording aired on our airwaves on Friday 8th September 2023. We respond as follows:

1. That said recording was not aired by any staff or presenter of sompa tv or fm, the said recording was aired by a third party (strong voice network) who has acquired weekly airtime on our network for broadcasting kens hour.

In effect the views and comments on their program : kens hour by strong voice network, do not represent that of teraone media Ltd or sompa tv/fm. We can therefore say emphatically that sompa fm or tv have not made any such allegations outlined in the press release.

1. That in as much that we disassociate ourselves from those comments and the audio aired, we render an unqualified apology to the hon minister for any inconvenience this has brought.

2. That the program owners and host , strong voice network and nana sarfo has been directed to make the necessary arrangement to retract and apologize on the same platform same time same program.
