The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ahafo Ano South East in the Ashanti region,Hon.Francis Manu Adabor has supported Fifty (50) brilliant but needy tertiary students in his constituency with Eighty thousand Ghana cedis.

According to him ,no nation could be successful without quality education.

The MP revealed that since 2013 to date,he has supported several needy tertiary students with the aim of getting more scholars to build his constituency ,Asanteman and Ghana at large.

He therefore used the occasion to encourage all students, especially the beneficiaries of his support to take their studies serious devoid of all acts that have tendency to thwart their education

Hon.Moses Anim,the Deputy Minister for Fisheries who doubles as MP for Trobu Constituency in Greater Accra who grace the ceremony heaps praises on the MP.

He also commended Nana Addo led Government implementation of historic free Senior High School program which has given opportunity to many students .

On his part,Mr Hamid Kramo,Ahafo Ano South East Education Director also commended Hon. Francis Manu-Adabor for his persistent support to provision of quality education in the area.

He advised the students to go high and let’s sky be their limit.

A number of beneficiary students who spoke to the media thanked the MP for his financial support.

Some of them revealed that Hon Adabor has supported them from Junior High School level to tertiary level now.The students prayed for Hon. Francis Manu- Adabor to continue to be successful in his political ambition and asked God for long life for him to continue to support the needy in the area.
