The 2024 campaign of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Adansi Asokwa Constituency in the Ashanti Region has received a major boost as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MASLOC, Obidombie Kwabena Asamoah, has made donations to complement the campaign of Mr. K. T. Hammond, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Adansi Asokwa.

The donations, which included money, flat-screen television sets, air conditioners,1,000 NPP branded T-shirts, among other items, formed part of Obidombie Kwabena Asamoah’s contributions
to support the campaign of the NPP in the Adansi Asokwa Constituency for the December 7 polls.

Speaking at the Adansi Asokwa campaign launch on Saturday, 21st September 2024, the Deputy MASLOC CEO assured the constituents of his commitment to bring more development to Adansi Asokwa.

According to him, his main aim is to ensure that Adansi Asokwa becomes a secure and prosperous constituency.

Obidombie Asamoah, who is a true patriot and native of the area, noted that road infrastructure, health, job creation and educational-related issues are the priorities of the NPP government.

He said the ongoing Agenda 111 Hospital projects across the country, one ambulance for each constituency, implementation of the Free Senior High School policy, provision of dual and mono desks and the ongoing distribution of laptop computers to schools were enough evidence of the commitment of the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration to drive the country to a perfect destination.

He revealed that by the end of this year, the construction of most of the roads in the Adansi Asokwa Constituency and the country at large would be completed for the betterment of all.

He, therefore, appealed to the electorate in the area to vote massively for both Mr. K. T. Hammond, who doubles as the Minister for Trade and Industry, and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, come 7th December 2024, to continue the good works.

Receiving the items at the 2024 Constituency Campaign launch on behalf of the constituents, the Adansi Asokwa NPP Constituency Chairman, Mr. Kwame Owusu, commended the Deputy MASLOC CEO for the overwhelming gesture and pledged to use the items donated for the intended purpose.

He, therefore, called on party supporters, especially those in the constituency, to continue to have hope in the ruling NPP and help them to “break the 8” in the upcoming general election.

He cautioned the electorate not to allow themselves to be deceived and forget the good works the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government had done so far.

“Let’s retain the NPP in power to continue the good works for Ghana again,” he pleaded.
