Your Excellency the Vice-President:
On the occasion of your birthday, may I on behalf of my family, in particular, my wife, and on my own part, extend our most sincere congratulations to you on this glorious day of your entry into this world.

On the momentous event, you first breathed the air of freedom…then you cried in a shrill voice. Not long thereafter, you stabilised after nourishment and blossomed in knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, poise and balance.

Together with your boss the President you “liberated” the economy when you entered the stage.

Today, your beloved country cries. Optimists believe that with the appropriate parentage the nation shall bounce back to reclaim and rebuild, with you in the ship.
Once again, congratulations and may God continue to expand your frontiers in order to positively impact the State.
