The New Trust Newspaper Online, has gathered that contrarily to the claimed that construction works on Kumawu roads project have halted 24 hours after the By-election,work is still ongoing progressively.

Many residents have expressed shocked about the wicked lies by the opposition which has been bought into by a section of the media and social media users that construction works had been halted immediately after Tuesday’s By-election.

Our team on the grounds report with video evidence that Roads linking Besro, Bodomase, Wonoo among others are still ongoing.

That the widening of the roads started from Effiduase to Kumawu, from Woraso to Kumawu in the run up to the By-election.

Videos taken on Friday,26th May,2023.

The project is being done by Joshob Construction firm, which experts say is applying road bond En 1, a soil stabiliser which would result in less maintenance after construction.

A cross section of Kumawu residents including the Assembly member for Kumawu- Dadease Electoral area,Hon Kofi Adade who doubles as a senior Journalist with Oyerepa TV/Radio have debunked a section of the media reports that the roads construction has been halted.

They have therefore urged Ghanaians to disregard any such reports and treat it with the necessary contempt it deserves.”As I speak to you this morning, Friday,25th May,2023, construction work is still ongoing ‘,a resident told our team
