An aspiring Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as COKA, has disclosed that his decision to contest the party’s regional chairmanship is driven by his determination to help Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia win the presidency in 2029.

Addressing party delegates during the fourth day of his campaign tour in the Ejisu Constituency, COKA said the Ashanti Region must build a stronger party structure to secure victory in the next general election.

“My mission is to ensure that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia becomes President in 2029,” he told the delegates.

He said if elected Ashanti Regional Chairman, he would focus on strengthening the party at the grassroots, improving unity and mobilising members to deliver a decisive electoral victory for the NPP.Source:Towfik Mohammed
