Re-exhibition of provisional voters register Commences today,October,15 to 19 – EC announces

The Electoral Commission has officially announced that the re-exhibition of the Provisional Voters Register (PVR) will commence on Tuesday, October 15 through to Saturday, October 19, 2024.

 

In a press release dated, Monday 14th October, 2024, the commission stated that the re-exhibition of the register is in alignment with the commission’s quest to ensure a credible and robust voter register ahead of the December 7, general elections.

“The Public may recall that during the Special IPAC meeting held on 1st October, the Commission assured the Public that the revised PVR will be re0-exhibited Online for registered voters to check their details and report any discrepancies to the Commission for correction”, excerpts of the statement revealed.

The EC, therefore urged political parties to use the Templates provided by the Commission to submit any discrepancies identified during the Re-exhibition period.Source: Kobina Darlington/peacefmonline.com
