PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

It is announced for the information of the general public especially residents of the Ahafo Region that the Vice President of the Republic, His Excellency Alhaji Dr Mahamudu Bawumia will on Wednesday 23rd November 2022 join the Ahafo Regional Minister Honourable George Boakye to launch the biggest job policy ever to happen in Ahafo.

The program will take place at the forecourt of the Roman Catholic Basic School, Goaso, 9am in the forenoon.

The policy as designed by the Regional Minister is aimed at supporting a thousand two hundred (1,200) youth to learn trade of a choice.

Each District or Municipal will assist by presenting 200 youth from their area as beneficiaries of the program.

Whiles the needed machines will be provided to every beneficiary of the program, head price will also be paid to the various master craftsmen and women for smooth training.

The Office of the Honourable Ahafo Regional Minister wishes to encourage all well-meaning residents of the region to help give the Vice President a very rousing welcome during his stay in the Region.
