Many Ghanaians, especially those in the Ashanti Region, joined Hajia Madina, the wife of the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alhaji & Madina Company Limited and Great Nabel Construction Company, Alhaji Aliu Salis, to celebrate his birthday in grand style last Saturday.

There were great joy and merrymaking when Assembly members, chiefs, imams, business partners, traders and bankers of Alhaji & Madina gathered at Royal Park at Ahodwo in Kumasi for the birthday party. Different kinds of food and drinks were in abundance at the birthday party amid live band music.

The CEO of Alhaji & Madina Company Limited, who has won several awards from both public and private organisations, was bombarded with many testimonies, prayers and well-wishers from a cross-section of Ghanaians.

Some top-notch politicians, business partners, traders, imams, chiefs, Assembly members, among others, commended Alhaji Salis for his dedication, hard work, philanthropic activities, etc.
The Deputy Finance Minister, who doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Nhyiaeso, Dr. Stephen Amoah; Mr. Kennedy Kwasi Kankam, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Asokore Mampong, who is also a former MP for Nhyiaeso; Mr. Patrick Kwame Frimpong, Assembly Member for the Krofrom East Electoral Area, who is also the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly Presiding Member; Mr. Amoh Kamel, the Deputy Ashanti Regional Communications Officer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), who is also the 2024 NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the Asokwa Constituency, among other high-profile personalities, commended Alhaji Salis for his great contribution to the development of the country through his construction companies.

They all agreed that Alhaji Salis had diligently served Ghanaians, especially in the area of market construction, among other valuable projects. They lauded his philanthropic activities, job creation for several Ghanaians, etc.

His wife, Hajia Madina, inscripted her birthday wishes in a citation that read: “My dear husband, this month and day represent a remarkable season in your life. Myself, the children, family and friends and well-wishers are here to celebrate with you and I thank God for your life.
Years back in September, a son was born into Gariba Haruna’s family. With God and his infinite mercies, that son was gifted to us as a husband and a father.
In fact, you have been my dear friend in all seasons and I really appreciate you for all you’ve been doing for me.
And if given the chance to live a thousand lifetimes, I would choose you every single time, because you are my comfort, my heartbeat and the love of my life.
