The Ministry of Energy, has joined thousand of Ghanaians across the globe to celebrate Dr.Mathew Opoku Prempeh,the Member of Parliament(MP) for Manhyia South Constituency in the Ashanti region, who doubles as the Energy Minister on his 56th birthday.
