Dr Nana Ayew Afriye, Effiduase/Asokore Constituency legislator has stated that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has to break the eight years of the political cycle with Vice President Dr Bawumia.
According to Dr Nana Ayew Afriye, he will not spare anyone who will try to make things haphazard for Bawumia to be the NPP flag bearer.
Talking to Oheneba Nana Asiedu on Wontumi TV Morning Show he said he said he will stand for Dr Bawumia on any day.
“Asanteman loves Dr Bawumia but the poor development of Ashanti Region can tarnish his image,” he bemoaned.
He said the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is the worst alternative to NPP but out of anger Ashantis will not vote in 2024.
He said if the government develops the Region it will ginger Ashantis to vote massively for the NPP and NDC will lose bitterly.
