MASLOC CEO inspires Dagbon students, underscores the need for preservation of Dagbon culture

 

 

On Saturday, 1st October 2022, the Chief Executive Officer of MASLOC Hajia Abibata Shanni Mahama Zakariah attended the handing over ceremony of Dagban Students Association (DASA) at the University of Winneba.

Hajia Abibata admonished the students to take their academic work seriously in other to become successful in future to push for the development of Dagban. She bemoaned the dying culture of Dagban and call for a drastic change.

She also disclosed how beneficial it is to be a member of DASA and call on every Dagban student to be a member of DASA and also display the culture of our tradition wherever they find themselves.

Hajia Abibata Shanni Zakariah also advised the students not to allow sectionalism to divide them since that would not inured to their benefit and Dagban as a whole

The ceremony also saw many dignitaries in attendance including traditional leaders from various parts of the country.
